It was certainly a stressful situation when my whole kitchen got water damage and it was even stressful when I have to go through the insurance claiming process for the first time. James made the pocesss simple and stress free for me. James’s worked on the estimate and negotiated the scope with my insurance for me. During the restruction, James handles all working crews and schedule things out properly. What i especially appreciated was James handled one of my pipe issue immediately after my phone call early evening, got plumbing crew to take a look within a couple of hours and get it fixed professionally the second day. The sub contractors James found are also very good. Very professionally and they clean up the work place every day. Overall, it is a good experience working with this company and especially James. I also get pretty good help from the nice office team. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Brian Johnson helped us throughout the whole process of selecting tile for bathroom floors and hallway, installing the tile and making sure installation was completed to our satisfaction. A very quick turnaround from ordering tile to completion of the project. Very pleased with Francisco’s installation of tile. We also had our carpet stretched in our master bedroom and Juan and his son did a great job. No need to replace carpet. We highly recommend Simmons Flooring and Brian Johnson.
